Stupid Crooks Dept:
Accused Pothead Held For Contempt
(TEXAS CITY) - When Kenny MacVillers was asked by Galveston County Probation officer Hector Bainell to provide a urine sample, he unzipped his fly and peed all over Bainell's desk. This was the veteran probation officer's first sign of trouble. Things got worse at a hearing in County Court on Jan. 28th. After hearing a report from the prosecutor, Judge Maxine Proull asked MacVillers if he had anything to say in his own behalf. MacVillers then stood up and began a rambling and incoherent statement accusing police of ruining his reputation as a marijuana distributor. "They said my pot was low grade dirt weed" he said, "Do you have any idea what that did to my reputation?" Judge Proull admonished MacVillers that this was inadmissible, at which point MacVillers shouted "Blow me, your Honor!". He was then escorted out of the courthouse. On his way to the jail, MacVillers fell down and gave himself a black eye and several broken ribs, according to a press release from the Sheriff's office.
