DISPUTE RESULTS IN ARREST OF PASADENA MAN
PASADENA - A dispute call Thursday April 6 led to the arrest of a Pasadena man for felony loitering, say police. Police received a call at 6:15 p.m. of a woman cavorting naked in the median on Spencer Highway, according to police reports. They didn't find the 21-year-old woman, but they found the woman's husband climbing a tree near the scene. The man said he and his wife had gotten into an argument at a nearby convenience store. The woman left in another vehicle with "a great big guy in a cowboy hat", he told police. The man, Mugsy Farwell, 27, was found to be wanted on two misdemeanor poultry theft warrants out of Hood County. When arrested, Farwell was found to have a cigarette pack in his shirt pocket. Officers also found three small bags of a white powdery substance believed to be Goodys or BC Powders. Farwell was charged with loitering and conspiracy to jaywalk along with the outstanding warrants. Police never did locate the man's wife or the large male wearing the cowboy hat.
